WeDo Inc. was started by Mr.Raghu.P,Mr.Sriranga Chidambara and Mr.Hersh.S.Iyer in Jan 1998 in a small one bedroom house.We Initially developed websites for several educational institutions and real estate agents.
Later we opened the main office in Padmanabhanagar, Bangalore in Jan 1999 and recruited 30 members from IIT Chennai and NITK.We received projects from public sector company BEHL to convert their existing data into digital form using databases.Our work was appreciated and led to projects in Web Application development from many other Government and Public Sector companies.
We Developed software for several hospitals like St.Johns, Nethradhama etc.We were awarded the Best Upcoming Company in March 2000.We then Bagged 20 projects from hospitals and educational institutions abroad to develop software and convert paper records into digital data followed by an online portal for some organizations.
ACHIEVEMENTS

1) WeDo’s brainchild, the “WeDo labs” was established in 2003 in a brand new building in Global village, Bangalore.
2)Entered the US stock market with the stock name “WEDO” in early 2004.
3)Made its first acquisition - DataCentric Pvt. Ltd in Jan 2005.
4)WeDo joined the 1 Billion Dollar group of companies by end of 2005.
5)We are now the 2nd best IT service provider in India and 5th in the World.
6)Our most famous products include WeAdmit, WeCalc, WePlan, WeTravel etc.,
The year 2006 marked the beginning of a huge expansion of the WeDo family. We were stepping foot into nearly every possible service arena with the now 5000 strong WeDo family. Our offices opened in Paris, Berlin, Beijing, 5 in the US and 4 development centers in India.

2008 saw latest addition to the WeDo family was the establishment of a separate wing to handle projects on the network side.We call it WeConnect, WeTalk and WeConference are three major projects completed in the recent past for the client Null Soft Inc.
